In this six-week coaching journey crafted to your personal goal or intention, you'll be guided through a process to release all that icky stuckness and feel the true confidence and clarity that comes with aligning to your inner wisdom. 

It's time to shine your brightest – without burning out.

1.  Discovery Session 

Get an introductory session with Jen to discuss your unique situation, intentions, and desires. Together, we'll craft a customized plan and strategy for the next six weeks – and beyond.

2. 6 Weeks of Personalized 1:1 Sessions

Set course on a six week somatic coaching journey intended to deepen your embodiment, initiate transformation, release stuck energy and emotion, and heal. Personalized support is provided throughout.

3. Awaken Your Intuition 

Experience the beautiful unfolding as you untether from everything you “should” do, open the portal to your inner wisdom, and start feeling the ease, flow and fun of true aligned action.

What exactly does each personalized 

1:1 session entail?

Here's what each coaching session looks like:

Outline your current state and celebrate any progress

Time to work through current challenges, craft your goals, next steps, and intentions

Integration, including any next steps and recommendations

Sessions may include a guided meditative breathwork journey or other somatic awareness work to deepen your transformation, based on your focused intention

A recording of each somatic/breathwork session to continue your integration (lifetime access!)

The care and dedication of a certified, trauma-informed practitioner and coach who will guide you through the process

In addition to the tranformation in this coaching experience, you'll also learn:

1. Ways to use your body and breath to unlock the doors to your own creativity, inner knowing, peace, relaxation, clarity, and confidence – specific to you and based on your unique intention.

2. Embodiment tools and intentional breathing techniques to support you in navigating your current challenges/scenario, including ways to support any anxiety, fear, emotional stress, or anything else causing dysregulation of the nervous system.

3. Tools to help you navigate the world with a lighter heart and a clearer mind. I teach real, practical tools – with a spiritual flair. By the end of our coaching, you'll be using these magical, practical techniques in your everyday life to improve your work, relationships, health, and overall wellbeing.

4. How to find your fun again! Most adults have forgotten what our natural state of fun feels like. By the end of our coaching, you'll have a deep understanding of what fun means to you, and why it's essential to your overall happiness, fulfillment, and to achieving those dreams!

WHAT IS SOMATIC COACHING?

Somatic coaching is a form of coaching that focuses on integrating the mind and body to facilitate personal growth and development. It recognizes that the body and mind are interconnected, and that physical sensations, emotions, and thought patterns are all intertwined.

In somatic coaching, Jen works with clients to bring awareness to bodily sensations, movements, and patterns, as well as to emotions and thought processes. By paying attention to these bodily experiences, you can gain insights into behaviors, beliefs, and patterns of interaction with the world around you.

Somatic coaching involves mindfulness, body awareness exercises, movement practices, breathwork, and guided visualization. Through these techniques, you deepen self-awareness, access your innate wisdom, and develop new ways of being and relating to yourself and others.

Somatic coaching helps you achieve greater alignment, presence, and authenticity in your life by integrating body, mind, and spirit. It can be particularly beneficial for individuals seeking personal growth, improved relationships, stress reduction, and enhanced well-being.

WHAT IS BREATHWORK?

Though I use many mind-body connection practices in my coaching, I specialize in trauma-informed breathwork.

 Breathwork is a method where we use continual breath to break down emotions in the body that are stagnant. Through breathwork, we can become deeply connected to our bodies and understand and experience the intelligence contained within our systems. This supports us in connecting to our highest potential and our infinite selves. In a nutshell, breathwork is a way to heal, release, and transform.

 

WHAT ARE THE SCIENTIFIC BENEFITS OF THIS COACHING?

Breathwork and other somatic coaching methodologies have many biological benefits, but one of the most important is that we can use it to activate our parasympathetic nervous system, actively moving our bodies out of stress response and into a state of rest and relaxation. This offers a myriad of mental and physical benefits. 

I also teach you how to intentionally activate your sympathetic nervous system to support you in shifting energy. Over time, what you learn on your coaching journey with me will offer you a more regulated and flexible nervous system – which is what helps you attain and optimize your goals.

HOW CAN BREATHWORK and somatic coaching SUPPORT ME?

We’re busier than ever and disconnected from our bodies, and because of this, it’s easy for us to become buried in feelings and emotions that we don’t know how to deal with or process. For many of us, the norm is being constantly stressed, anxious, worried, and overwhelmed. Breathwork and “embodiment” tools allow us to go deeply inward so we can meet ourselves with Radical Self Compassion. Being with ourselves, breathing and feeling through our experiences is essential to longterm growth and sustained happiness.

 

WHY DO YOU BELIEVE SO DEEPLY IN THIS WORK?

As a certified trauma-informed breathwork facilitator and somatic coach, my mission is to unlock human potential. After experiencing the powerful healing for myself, I became deeply interested in the work. This led to me becoming one of the hand-selected, extensively trained guides and healers through a program rooted in facilitator embodiment.

I'm a firm believer in the power of a regular and ongoing breathwork/mind-body connection practice to support nervous system flexibility, emotional regulation, trauma release, and overall increased peace, awareness, compassion – and the development of our creativity, gifts and purpose.
